4. Backups and recoveries.

Your data can be backup by a variety of ways.

Firstly, data can be saved as a zip file on any drive. If you have FTP space, you can save the data on your FTP server.

Secondary computers can then download the data from your FTP server.

If you do not have an FTP server, you can send the zip files to secondary computers by email. The secondary computers can then transfer the files to the appropriate folder on their hard disk.
