4. New client Clicking <New> on the client listing will give the window below. Indicating the language of the client will determine the language of material (emails, etc.) sent to the client. Should no language be indicated, that material will be in English. At this point, you must enter the last and first names. If you wish, the other information can be entered later on directly into the client's file (see Section 5).
