N.B.: According to the Typikon (chapter 10), on the Monday following the Sunday after Exaltation, we begin to read the Gospel of Luke (as indicated for the 18th week after Pentecost). This is called the "Exaltation leap" or the "Lukean leap". The Lukean leap concerns only the Gospel readings, but does not concern the Epistle readings. However, our calendar follows the widespread practice which does not take the Lukean leap into consideration.
