4. New client
Clicking <New> on the client listing will give the window below.
Indicating the language of the client will determine the language of material (emails, etc.) sent to the client. Should no language be indicated, that material will be in English.
At this point, you must enter at least the last and first names. If you wish, the other information can be entered later on directly into the client's file (see Section 5).
The new client window for new clients of medical clinics is shown below. It is similar to the above but with the possibility of entering the name of the referring doctor and the date of birth of the patient:
