1. Main menu
On startup, you will be presented with several windows, including the main menu as shown below.
The button <Appointments> will lead you to the heart of the program. However, if this is the first time that you are using the program, you should click on <Variable information> which will permit you to enter essential information needed for appointment work.
Clicking on <Backup> will permit you to easily make a backup of all data. It is essential that you do a backup at least once per work session (if not twice). Clicking on this button will also give you access to a recovery of data function.
Clicking on the small triangle next to <Change Interface> will permit you to change languages. At the moment, you may toggle between English and French. Other languages are being prepared.
You will notice that Rendez-vous is composed of several windows. Depending upon the size of your screen, you can move these windows around to permit easy displacement of your curser from one window to another. If the box, <Remember position of windows on screen> is checked, your screen layout will be remembered and in effect when you relaunch the program.
